Simple Visitor Management


Simple Visitor Management (SVM) is a free and simple app to track incoming business visitors to your organization.



  1. Meeting rooms are user created, so remember to set this up first.
  2. View your visitors' meeting dates in a calendar view by month/week/day.
  3. Store business details of your visitors in the organization records form.
  4. Store business contact information of your visitors.
  5. Schedule your visitors' visits days in advance and at the same time, book a meeting room if required. Record the meeting requirements in this form, example; food catering or transportation arrangements.
  6. Perform a visitor check-in on the day of visit and record notes of the visit for future reference.
  7. View historical information of your visitors using the Visitor List View.
  8. You can manage your Joget users (internal users) within this app.



The SVM app was designed to work only in Joget Workflow Enterprise Version 5 or higher and on MySQL database.
